Today, Sean and I are going to check out an apartment in SLC. I'm excited to move. I don't know why, but I like packing everything up and finding new places to put it in a new place. It's the organizational maniac in my brain, I swear. I don't have a new job yet, but I have a few ideas. 

Have you tried the Neapolitan Oreos? SO yummy! The strawberry is a little strong, but I still like them. That's my treat for the week.

So many dishes.

Sorry I've been out for the past while... I have no excuses. I've been around... I just haven't felt like writing. Plus, you could say I've been saving up my writing for next month. The challenge starts on Thursday, are you ready? 

To explain the title, yesterday was a lazy Sunday. I wasn't feeling very well (headache, mostly) but Sean made me some amazing noodle crab salad (because he's a great husband) and it was super tasty. Along with delicious food comes gross dirty dishes. Also, I made blueberry muffins yesterday morning so there's some of that in there too. I just got home from work and the stack of bowls and forks and things is just staring me down and here I am, on the couch watching Pregnant & Dating because I'm crazy and watch dumb shows. (p.s. I am SO glad I'm not pregnant or dating. It sounds like a nightmare.)

I can't wait to live in a place with a dishwasher. I can't wait to just rinse things off and throw them in a dishwasher. Easy peasy. 

And now I want to make chocolate chip cookies but we don't have any chocolate chips. Life's rough. 

Okay, I've got to give in. Time to go tackle the kitchen beast. Wish me luck.

Whole New Path.

So, as you probably know, I've been looking for a new job lately. I've had a couple interviews and a job offer but it all felt... wrong, you know? So instead, I've rerouted my life and I'm going to go back to school. Remember how I love editing and proofreading? Well I'm going to be an interior designer. PHYCH!
See what I did there? Haha. Both facts are true. I want to be an interior designer so I'm looking at schools and grants and I'm excited for the change. I watch a lot of HGTV and I imagine how I'll fix my own house and houses I see on House Hunters. Remember my post a little while ago about the Property Brothers? Well, I got an email a little while ago with some videos of their new show Brother vs. Brother. It seems pretty cool and I'll most likely be watching it when it starts. It seems kind of like (my favorite) Celebrity Apprentice, which is awesome.
Okay, I think. That's all. I already cleaned the house, how to apply for grants and things!

It's pretty simple and there aren't going to be any real rules so have at it! I made it in a .jpeg so it can be sent through the interweb and anyone can easily get to it.

Potential Challenge

I don't know why, but I think I need another blog challenge. I think I could make one up for myself and whoever else wanted to join in, but it's kinda too late to do it for July. I think I'll build one up for August and everyone can spread the word and join in on it, it would be really cool. AND as a bonus, you can send me things you want to add to the challenge and I'll put them in there. If you have any cool ideas, send them to me!
